DEEP CLEAN
Product Description:
This Old Grout’s Deep Clean removes years of
dirt and stains from neglected tile and grout surfaces. This concentrated,
high alkaline
tile and grout cleaner/stripper is specially
formulated to remove grease, oil based dirt and many synthetic finishes.
Use on all types of ceramic tile, grout joints and other masonry surfaces.
This product is not for use on natural
flagstone, marble travertine, limestone or any other alkaline sensitive surface.
A pre-test for resistance should be performed prior to use. Coverage
depends on porosity of substrate:
1000-10000 sq.ft./gallon.
Product Directions:
1. Sweep or vacuum
surface to remove loose debris.
2. Dilute Deep Clean
with water depending on cleaning task.
LIGHT CLEANING: Mix 1
part with 5 parts water.
MEDIUM CLEANING: Mix 1
part with 3 parts water.
HEAVY CLEANING: Mix 1
part with 2 parts water.
3. Apply solution to
area and allow to dwell 3-5 minutes for cleaning, 5-10 minutes for stripping.
DO NOT allow to dry on
surface.
4. Agitate with
sponge mop, soft bristle brush or scrub machine.
5. Mop up dirty
solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove residual cleaner.
6. Dry surface with
terry cloth towel.
